Q&A: How long will it take for me to actually see a change in having bigger muscles?

Question by Jezren Seroy: How long will it take for me to actually see a change in having bigger muscles?
Hey, I have been doing a workout routine every 48 hours and do 12 x 5 push-ups, jackknives for 30 seconds 5 reps and 12 x 5 tricep dips. It would be great too if you could advise me with anything else to do with my workout :)

Subscribe to Scooby1961 on youtube. He gives good advice on this sort of stuff.

And it will take a long while to see results doing that routine, but if you are doing a good beginners routine you will see small changes after 2 weeks as your muscles fill with blood, and you will see noticeable small gains after about 3 months. *big* muscles will take years of hard work and a good diet, unless you use steroids which I wouldn’t advise.
